- **Provide excellent communication and customer service to all guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally**

*** Requirements**:

- **Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or cruise ship setting**

- **Excellent communication and customer service skills**

- **Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs**

- **Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment**

- **Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules**

- **Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus**
