**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Two to three years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Previous experience in assisting with onboarding processes
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-makingProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
