Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & Control : Develop and maintain QMS compliant with industry standards, oversee quality control processes, and implement RCA/CAPA for quality issues. Process Improvement & Compliance : Drive continuous improvement, collaborate with teams to enhance quality and efficiency, and ensure compliance with EHS regulations. Supplier Relations : Work with suppliers to guarantee raw material quality and ensure adherence to specifications. Customer Relations : Handle complaints using structured problem-solving, implement corrective actions, and manage customer audits and certifications. Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and train quality teams while fostering a culture of accountability. Regulatory & Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on industry regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality control. Key Requirements: Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Experience : 10+ years in Quality Assurance/Control within the flexible packaging industry. Certifications & Standards : Strong knowledge of ISO, BRC, and other quality certifications. Technical Expertise : Hands-on experience with statistical process control, Lean Manufacturing, and quality auditing. Problem-Solving & Process Improvement : Skilled in RCA, CAPA, and troubleshooting production defects. Leadership & Communication : Strong ability to lead teams and collaborate with departments, customers, and suppliers.
