**Key Responsibility Areas**:
**Brand Campaigns and Meetings**:

- Set up brand and business meetings
- Minute taking
- Campaign trade checklists
- Campaign reporting
- Management of in-store window displays, store in store + vm elements
- Create DI for distribution
- Media screens schedule

**New Store Openings and Store Activations**:

- Assist in briefing artwork
- Set up Rewards Campaign on Rewards system
- Liaise with the artists/ suppliers on the day of the opening

**Invoicing**:

- Raise requisitions and CE for invoices - send to suppliers
- Vendor on-boarding process

**Adhoc**:

- Order the team’s gift cards on the ordering system
- Create E-waybills online and send off parcelsBriefing artwork to art department

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Grade 12 or relevant numeracy and literacy levels
- Marketing: Certificate, Diploma, Degree1 - 2 years’ experience, especially advertising or corporate marketing
