The Sanlam Retail Affluent (SRA) cluster is responsible for Sanlam’s retail business in South Africa. RA provides clients across different market segments (entry-level, middle-income, affluent, professional market and business owners) with a comprehensive range of appropriate and competitive financial solutions. These include traditional life insurance risk and savings products, investment, retirement, health and fiduciary services. Designed to facilitate long-term wealth creation, protection and niche financing, these solutions are engineered around client needs.

What will make you successful in this role?

**Output/Core Tasks**:

- Monitor and identify variances in core business indicators and forecasts
- Monitor schedule adherence and identify non-adherence
- Highlight deviations to relevant role players to ensure compliance
- Validate deviations before updating the relevant systems
- Administer exception codes for schedules
- Generate the necessary ad hoc and compliance reports
- Escalate system problems when and if necessary as per the procedure

**Role Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Matric/Grade 12
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Computer Science

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Expert with Workforce Management Systems
- Advance MS Excel.
- Excellent communications skills with a focus on the ability to transfer information to relevant stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of call centre nuances including call patterns, Average Handling Time, schedule adherence etc
- Communication skills English and any African Language.
