**Your Role at Impact**:
The Fraud & Compliance Analyst (FCA) carries out work assigned as per company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. The FCA is responsible for the execution and the completion of these processes as stipulated by the SLAs between internal and external stakeholders.

These processes are and not limited to:

- Program Compliance Content Monitoring
- Anti-Fraud & Privacy Compliance
- Marketplace Compliance
- Compliance Daily Report checks
- Curation & Content Reviews

**What You'll Do**:

- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
- Builds stable working relationships internally.
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

**What You Have**:

- Read, write and speak Spanish fluently
- Operational focus, service-oriented, stress resistance
- Listening skills, teamwork, initiative
- Cooperation, flexibility, personal development, willingness to change
- Requires a high school diploma; may require associate/bachelor's degree or specialized training.
