**THIS POSITION REQUIRES AUTO BODY (PANEL SHOP) EXPERIENCE**

Our client is a reputable auto body repair shop, known for delivering high-quality repair service and we are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Assessor/Estimator to join their team. You will be required to conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles to determine repair needs, prepare comprehensive and accurate quotes for repair work, liaise with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure clarity and efficiency in the assessment process. Working knowledge of TMS & Audatex would be highly advantageous.

**Job Requirements**
Matric or equal

A valid Drivers License

1-2 years of experience in an assessor/estimator role within an auto body shop (Panel Shop)

Ability to produce comprehensive and precise quotes.

Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients and team members.

Proficiency with relevant industry software and tools.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
