- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events when needed
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard once you have all the knowledge & experience
- Performing reference and background checks
- Following up on the interview process status
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Conducting daily reports on what has been accomplished & in progress in the day and moving forward
- Update calendars and To-Do Lists
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
