**Job Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Lead Generation Specialist** to identify and qualify potential leads for our sales team. This role involves engaging with prospects, conducting surveys, and ensuring that only high-quality leads are passed on.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Generate Quality Leads**: Engage with potential customers to gather essential details and assess their suitability.

**Lead Qualification**:

- Ask targeted questions to determine whether a lead meets our criteria.
- Assess prospects based on their attire and overall presentation.
- Ensure leads live and/or work in the area.
- Collect names and valid contact numbers.

**Potential Monthly Earnings**:

- **Total Potential Earnings: R5000 - R7,280 per month.**

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly assess and qualify leads based on given criteria.
- Comfortable interacting with people and asking relevant questions.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
