Your role will be to provide and ensure effective management of all aspects of the campaign, including; reporting, strategy, and the development and motivation of multiple teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure efficient daily operations of the department against KPIs, successfully delivered according to client agreements
- Facilitate ongoing department performance improvement
- Monitor and plan weekly department performance
- Monitoring and evaluating staff performance
- Provide daily direction and communication on operational performance
- Forecast and analyse against budget annual figures
- Understand Business and the Client to effectively identify issues and concerns
- Setting strategic long and short-term departmental goals and evaluating outcomes
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide a comfortable working environment
- Upholding and living the Outworx values every day

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification
- Business Degree qualification advantageous
- People management and coaching skills
- Analysing information
- Effective Listening Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Customer-centric focus on Treating Customers Fairly
- Able to workday shift and night shift
- Strong and adaptable communication skills
- Financial management - ability to manage budgets and forecast
- Client liaising
- Reporting internally and externally (reporting to the client)

- Self-motivated, professional and able to maintain confidence and stability when under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
