The **WFM Manager** oversees, assists, and develops the Planning and Real-Time teams in order to deliver operational forecasts, schedules that adhere to targets and SLAs, accurate, timely, and reliable reporting, real-time monitoring, fault detection, and support to the Operations & other Support Departments in order to meet KPIs, as well as to ensure cost-effective resource use in relation to anticipated volumes and requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Accurate forecasting
- Efficient generation of schedules
- Ensure SLA’s are met using historical trends
- Implementing WFM across sites
- Real - time compliance management
- Performance management
- Incoming service supervision
- Internal reporting
- External reporting
- Event management
- Manage system tools
- Information management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 (Must include English and Mathematics)
- Previous WFM Manager work experience
- Leadership

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
