Position overview
We are seeking a dynamic Telesales and Marketing Representative to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence.
Key responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate and qualify leads.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
Develop and execute telemarketing campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimize results.
Prepare and deliver regular sales and marketing reports accurately and on time.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Skills**:Matric certificate
Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales or marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in English and Afrikaans is a must.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Proficiency in MS Office
Must be vibrant and extroverted.
Passion and drive for sales, marketing and for people.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Basic salary of R8,000 - R10 000 per month depending on experience with an attractive commission structure.
