The Stock Controller is required to assist the Inventory Supervisor/DC Manager with all reasonable Operational Duties as and when required, this depending on the Operational requirements. Duties and responsibilities may be reviewed depending on operational and business requirements.

**Specific skills.**
- Computer literate Microsoft Office with good numeric skills.
- Dynamics Navision 2018 Experience is an advantage.
- Must be accurate, analytical, and thorough.
- Must pay attention to detail.
- Must possess sufficient people skills to successfully manage the interaction between co-workers and our Internal Customers namely our Sales, Procurement Team.

This is an urgent position would ideally suit someone who is available immediately or at short notice

**Hours Of Work.**
- Working hours are from 8:00 am to 17h00
- These hours may be adjusted to individual or Company requirements, but at all times will conform to current Labour Legislation.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To be fully conversant with the Warehouse Layout thus be able to locate stock items by row, shelf, and bin location with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure that all locations are properly labelled through a daily check to cycle through the warehouse and report to management daily.
- Create and label all locations that need replacing - Send daily report to management.
- To perform daily bin verification checks as per schedule - Check all necessary bin data for accuracy and resolve any bins that are not compliant - This must be reported daily to management.
- To perform batch and expiry integrity audit checks - Send report to management to engage with sales.
- Ensure that all bulk stock is properly located in NAV and that the locations are labelled correctly - Weekly check and report to management.
- Investigate all warehouse shipments with no stocks - Daily report to management and sales on issues and steps to resolve as well as items not found and moved to discrepancy.
- To assist with stock transfers in NAV - Sample requests, Posting into shipping and transfers between locations.
- Maintain proper record keeping of Journals and Filing.
- To be meticulous in implementing and monitoring effective stock rotation processes and report to Line Manager if FEFO rules are not being applied.
- All functions are to conform with the relevant Standard Operating Procedures and SAHPRA Standards.
- Due to Operational requirements of the Organization, you may be required to work outside of your normal working hours. This would be at the discretion of your Line Manager.
- You will be required to be cross functional and stand in as a back-up for the other stock controller.
- You are required to transfer skills to other team members and or subordinates to ensure flexibility.
- Monitor warehouse space allocation - consolidation of locations to free up space and weekly report on space challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to R20 000,00 per month
