- Assisting with negotiating and drafting of various agreements and corporate documents
- Researching law and drafting opinions
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions
- Undertaking due diligence investigations
- Attending to smaller matters and larger matters independently
- A thorough knowledge of the law
- Experience in commercial transactions, drafting and company law.
- A passion for corporate law
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
