Candidate Attorney

**Our client, a Corporate Commercial practice requires a Junior to mid level Associate with at least 2-3 years commercial law experience**.

**Main job function**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with negotiating and drafting of various agreements and corporate documents
- Researching law and drafting opinions
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions
- Undertaking due diligence investigations
- Attending to smaller matters and larger matters, independently
- A thorough knowledge of the law
- Experience in commercial transactions, drafting and company law
- A passion for corporate law
- Strong analytical skills
- excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Qualifications:

- Degree

**Experience**:

- 2 to 5 years post articles experience
- Must have experience in high court as well as magistrates court
- Legal drafting
- Corporate Commercial
