**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Process customer invoices and related transactions in Pastel Partner
- Capture and reconcile supplier invoices and statements
- Assist with customer and supplier account reconciliations
- Perform general ledger and journal processing
- Maintain accurate records and assist in month-end and year-end processes
- Perform administrative duties in support of the finance department
- Assist with filing, document control, and ad hoc financial task

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience working with Pastel Partner is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
