Tested routine raw materials, packaging & finished products. - Verification of monitoring equipment and devices - GMP Inspections - Raising food safety near misses and follow-ups - Process quality verification and validation - OPRP and CCP verifications - Traceability and Mock Recall - Documentation management and record keeping - Prepared and maintained laboratory ingredients and equipment - Sampled raw materials, packaging & finished products - Tested routine raw materials, packaging & finished products - Analysed & computed data & recorded information - Applied laboratory hygiene & safety procedures - Follow all safety regulations accordingly (PPE, working safely etc.) Qualifications: - 1-2 years relevant experience - Grade 12 - National Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or relevant qualification - Self-driven - Self-motivated - Results focused **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
