Job Title: Personal Trainer

Location: Faerie Glen, Pretoria

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate client's current fitness levels and health conditions
- Develop personalized workout plans tailored to client's individual goals and needs
- Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage
- Motivate and encourage clients to push themselves and achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Provide nutrition guidance and support to clients looking to improve their dietary habits
- Keep up to date on industry trends and advancements in fitness training techniques

Qualifications:

- Certified personal training certification from a recognized organization
- Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience working as a personal trainer or fitness instructor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrate exercise techniques and movements to clients
- Ability to lead group fitness classes
