**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**

- 12+ years experience in IT industry
- Scrum master certification
- Combined with Business knowledge + Project Management skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry advantageous

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
- Shielding the team
- Conflict resolution
- Coaching Agile practices
- Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning
- Forecasting
- Removing impediments
- Creating communication channel (Team, Product Owner, Stakeholder)
- Servant leader
- Enforcing rules

**ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS**:

- Soft skills:

- Problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work as part of the international team
- Ability to motivate and support a team
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users
- Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements
- Strong presentation skills
- Above board work ethics
- Willing and able to travel internationally

**ROLE**:

- Coach team members. The Scrum master makes sure team members are well trained and understand the Agile process
- Host daily stand-up meetings
- Assist the Product Owner with the backlog
- Remove roadblocks for the team
- Teach scrum practices and principles.
