**Purpose of this Role**:
Outbound plays a crucial role in supporting a company’s logistics and distribution efforts. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about operations, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. As a Forklift Driver in the Outbound department, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of goods, preparing orders for dispatch, and maintaining the smooth flow of daily outbound activities.

**Span of control**:
This position will form part of the Outbound Logistics Department, and will report into the Outbound Floor Manager.

**Key Accountabilities and Outputs**:

- Checking and completing of all sales order on the D365 scanner ,by picking the correct material for each customer.
- Ensuring that all sales are picked and staged correctly
- Loading of all orders into relevant trucks/trailers and export container
- Maintain service levels and always following Safety procedures.
- Warehouse maintenance-put away cancelled sales orders back into stock.
- Experience as a Forklift Driver is essential.
- Forklift license and experience is an added advantage.
- Understanding of Outbound logistics is highly advantageous.
- Good knowledge and understanding of ISO 90001 are advantageous.
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Must have good vision.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001,18001 is an advantage.
