**purpose**:
- To assist the Group Company Secretary to manage bank compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g. JSE listing requirements, Companies Act and Banks Act) and best practice corporate governance frameworks (e.g. King IV). The role encompasses facilitating and co-ordinating board, executive and committee meetings, flagging governance risks and advising relevant business units on legislative compliance and corporate governance principles and requirements with end-to-end accountability for role outputs and specific committees.**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Bachelors’ degree (LLB or B Comm Law) with CIS and/or relevant post-graduate qualification
- Preferred Qualification - Relevant Bachelors’ degree (LLB or B Comm Law) with CIS and/or relevant post-graduate qualification
- Experience - 5 - 7 years’ company secretarial experience in a listed financial services environment**additional requirements**:
