**purpose**:
This role will ensure all governance are done and updated. All processes and documentation is done and uploaded to relevant systems and aligns to the code and output of the specific process. Assisting across business units to make sure there is no break in governance when exchanging hands from quants to finance

**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Bcomm Degree in Audit, Process Engineering, Business Analytics or related
- Preferred Qualification - BCom Degree in Audit, Process Engineering, Business Analytics or related
- Experience - 5 years relevant experience Process mapping, Strong Operational experience in a technical environment

**responsibilities**:

- Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and prevent wastage
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
- Develop objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members by providing input to Business requirements
- Provide an independent monitoring service on regulatory risk compliance to ensure the business complies with key regulations and standards and minimize risks
- Communicating with various business stakeholders, obtaining their sign-off on projects
