Oversee the need of the Agencies and to plan, direct and coordinate effective learning interventions and measure and monitor the overall business impact of the learning. A key activity is to ensure the content and method is up-to-date, relevant and fit for purpose through consultation with business, key stakeholders and the L&D team.

Stakeholder Engagement
Actively engage with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the alignment and relevance of learning programmes and facilitator knowledge. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time. Actively engage with the LMS to monitor and report on learning initiatives.
Business Requirements Identification
Regularly engage with business to ensure that expectations are understood, managed and met. Understand the key business requirements and objectives linked to all training interventions.
Learning and Development Program Design
Design and develop training courses or strands of an L&D program; incorporate specified L&D methodologies and delivery channels; develop relevant content and high-quality learning resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.

Provide informal training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to
improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Schedule training and coaching for Agents based on their training evaluations; PDP’s and organizational requirements (based on discussions had with senior management). From time to time, and when required, conduct leadership and compliance training to business.
Training Reporting
Prepare and coordinate the completion of various training data and analytics reports, identifying and interpreting trends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations.

Calculate and report on training costs.
Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an indepth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
HR Data Analytics and Insights
Assist in identifying risks and key challenges that face the business (analysis of data) and create plans to mitigate the impact.
**Requirements**:
General Education
ODETDP (Essential); A degree/diploma in Human Sciences,
Human Resource Development or Educational Management
Science (Essential); Education and Training Development
Practices (ETDP) (Essential); Maintain professional
knowledge by reviewing professional publications;
establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-theart
practices; participating in professional societies
(Essential); Accredited Moderator (Advantageous)
Accredited assessor (Advantageous).
General Experience
5-8 years' experience within the Learning and Development
field with at least 4 years in a facilitator role (Essential);
Experience in facilitation of leadership development
programmes (Advantageous).
