We are looking for a Qualified Google Ads SEA Manager to provide your full time services to a leading Swiss Digital Marketing Agency.

Founded in 2007, the Swiss client is a certified Google Premium Partner (SEA) and a market leader for success-based search engine optimization (SEO). With PageGrid, the world’s only Ultra LongTail SEO solution for SME’s, they achieve enormous visibility for thousands of search queries at the same time, transforming websites into real magnets for new customers.

Upon joining, you will be working in a dynamic, successful and growing agency with flexible work hours. They have a flat hierarchy and short decision-making processes. Responsibilities and Duties
- Planning, creation and control of Google Ad campaigns
- Technical point of contact for all SEA questions during customer projects
- Monitoring, control and optimization of campaigns
- Creation of performance reports
- Dester to continue to educate yourself in Google Ads and incorporate innovative solutions into customer projects
- Openness to intensive introductory program and coaching, as well as a mentor who will challenge and encourage you
- Deep understanding of customer needs and guidance them to their goals.

Knowledge, Experience & Key Requirements
- FLUENCY IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH
- Min 3 years experience with SEA (Company or Agency)
- Min 3 years experience with other Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Adds, Data Studio, Conversion Tracking etc)
- Acquired various Google Ads Certifications
- You are analytical, data driven and solution oriented
- Ability to understand and optimize processes from search to conversion, incorporation fundamental SEO practices
- Proven success with ad campaigns, DSA, RDSA, re-marketing, shopping ads, ad extensions etc
- Technical ability to generate and measure conversions and to find and solve any problems
- Independent time and task management and efficient work methods
- Good linguistic abilities for copy and text
- Advantageous: Handling Ad Scripts would be a plus

Salary
- Market related and negotiable based on experience.
