**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Role Responsibility_

**Client Relationship Management** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client needs promptly and professionally

**Administrative Support -** Assist with various administrative tasks to support the sales team and training operations.
- Handle logistics and set up for confirmed training classes, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Maintain an organised training calendar, coordinating schedules with facilitators.

**Training Coordination -** Communicate effectively with training facilitators regarding schedules, logistics, and material needs.
- Ensure all training materials are ordered and delivered on time.
