We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Your enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment will contribute to the success of our store.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide product knowledge and information to customers, ensuring they know what they are buying.
3. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
6. Handle customer sales and close deals.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives.
9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment.
4. A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
6. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings or holidays as required.
7. Passed Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
