Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in finding products, providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to answer questions confidently and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential—a positive attitude is most important
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a busy environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service every day.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- **A passed Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent**
