Core Description
To be responsible for analysis, sales, and pricing across a portfolio of products.
To develop consistent and reliable reporting and analyses to understand and communicate trends, metrics, and indices needed to drive better planning, pricing, and sales activities.
Engage in proactively analysing reports to identify trends that are inconsistent with existing plans so that appropriate action can be taken. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Ensure that only valid input is received from business to correctly input SAP contracts.
Responsible for rejection of any invalid input and refer to business to complete the data required.
Ensure correctly loading valid SAP contracts with supporting documentation.
Issue sales invoice on accounting system based on group requirements.
Validate credit memo request prior to processing credit note requests.
Maintain document management according to set standards.
To work together with the relevant teams in Business to ensure that all complex deals/time and material deals/ back to back deals (as Applicable) are correctly loaded in SAP, invoiced, and followed up as required.
To ensure that billing plans are correctly loaded in order that forecasts will be correct.
Ad Hoc - Perform other activities to achieve the goals of the Billing CoE Team. Functional Skills

5 Years relevant experience
Technical pricing knowledge building and maintaining models.
Grade 12- & 7-years’ experience in Business Commerce, Accounting, or related field
