**Marketing Coordinator ( Graduate Program)**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

E-commerce Website
- CMS content management and liaison with the suppliers and agencies to provide any necessary marketing material in support of the marketing schedule: csv list, images, copy, samples, adverts.
- Upload of products, visuals and descriptions, removal of delisted products and managements of prices changes on the e-commerce websites, as required to support the airlines e-commerce strategy.
- Maintain inventory of assets, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new assets when necessary.
- ON-page SEO optimizations' of the e-commerce websites.
- Assist with E-commerce banner designs where required Newsletters
- Assist with newsletter brief, design and html creation on Campaign Monitor tool when required.
- Assist with reporting on newsletter campaigns that have been sent out and updating of database
- Support and collate and manage additional product content to support social media and CRM strategy.
- Support of other departments to ensure content is shared internally as required in support of but not limited to social media team, merchandising, crew communications, operation, customer service.
- Assist with taking of minutes of meetings, compiling and sharing accordingly with relevant teams.
- Assist with project analysis (requirements, cost/budget, timings for implementation and general “mini project management”)
- Assist with market research, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
- Assist with marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
- Assist with research of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscape.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including content database, trackers, global contact directory.
- Support the marketing team in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by setting objectives, assisting with presentations.
- Required skills and qualifications.
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing.
- Experience using e-commerce CMS and data analytics software.
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or communications
- Familiarity with the Adobe Magento content management systems (CMS) and customer
- relationship management (CRM) tools
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
- Working knowledge of SEO and website optimisation
- Working knowledge of GA (Google Analytics) and/or other analytical tools to assist with various reports (different platforms) and analyse accordingly.
