Role Purpose

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...- Responsible for the testing, deployment and maintenance of SmartHub solutions.- Deliver & maintain toolsets for 1st and 2nd level support teams to perform their roles.- Implement & support proactive alerting measures.- Provide 1st line support for vendor solutions.- Liaise with internal teams, vendors and clients to swiftly address issues as they arise.- Work with internal teams and vendors to address requirements relating to supporting solutions.- Provide regular feedback on project progress.- Documenting of solutions.

To be successful in this role you will have- Ideally have a BSc Computer Science, BComm Information Systems or similar qualification- MS SQL experience- Application & Client support experience- Understanding of Financial Markets- Understanding of FIX Protocol- Beneficial if previous exposure to:- HTML- XML- Web services
