- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Business Leadership or any other related field. PhD or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- 10 years’ management experience of which 5 years should have been at Senior or Executive level.
- Experience in a similar role within a scientific research environment, with a thorough understanding of the agricultural sector and regulatory environment.
- Track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and departments such as Security, Infrastructure, HCM, Legal, SHEQ, Marketing and Communications, Risk Management, Strategy and Planning and ICT.
- Sound practical knowledge and experience in leading management and business practices.
