Pretoria, South Africa AECOM Full time

Performs a variety of tasks in support of the engineering staff.
- Monitors and documents conformance with quality, performance, safety, and/or code requirements.
- Activities may include assisting with engineering calculations, setting up and operating equipment, inspecting equipment and engineering installations for compliance with specifications and maintaining project documentation.
- General understanding of procedures, company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
- Performs routine duties; viewed as fully competent within limits of experience.

Minimum Requirements

+ Minimum of five years’ experience in the drawing and modelling of bridges, culverts and other road related structures

+ Proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, or Civil 3D

+ Proficiency in rebar detailing software (CADS RC or similar) will be a benefit

+ Good knowledge of the SANRAL and Western Cape Provincial Governments drawing procedures will be a benefit

+ Experience of SOFiSTiK Bridge Modeler will be a benefit

+ Experience of modelling reinforcement in 3D will be a benefit

Preferred Qualifications

+ Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

+ High Revit competency and specialist 3D modelling of bridges will be a benefit

+ Professional Registration will be a benefit
