Our Durban based Client in the Financial Services sector, is looking to employ Field Sales Agents to sell various insurance products. This opportunity exists within the Sales Department and reporting to the Team Manager. The successful individuals will provide high quality of sales.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric - non negotiable
- 6 months to 1 year direct sales experience
- Experience in the financial/insurance or other related industry would be beneficial

**JOB SPECIFICATION**:

- Direct sales of insurance products (mainly participating in activation campaigns)
- Knowledge sharing with other team members on selling techniques
- Contribute towards the team’s performance to achieve monthly sales targets
- Assist the Team Leader in identifying potential sales leads and venues for activation campaigns
- Brand ambassador for insurance brand
- Achieve sales target (daily, weekly & monthly)
- Offer customers with legendary customer service
- Adhere to all processes
- Keep abreast with the product knowledge of all insurance products available
- Identify and report on matters that effect performance and customer experience adversely (sales, administration and claims issues)
- Handle customer complaints effectively or escalate to the Team Leader where applicable
- Ensure all customer details are kept confidential and not exposed to any third party other than the Company's senior staff responsible for processing sales, claims or other business related usage.

- Excellent sales, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Good report writing, data capturing and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility - show positive response to change
- Must be a fast learner and able to work under extreme pressure
- Customer oriented and attention to detail is essential
