- Compilation of Claims and Variation Orders for approval by Senior Management.
- Preparation of reports detailing the status of Claims / Variation Orders for Senior Management.
- Evaluation and analysis of Subcontractor Claims and Variation Orders.**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications**:

- South African nationality
- Preferably a Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering qualification.
- Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering qualification will also be considered.
- Post Graduate Legal qualification will be a bonus.

**Experience**:

- At least 10 years in the Built environment as a Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Manager.
- Knowledge of FIDIC based Construction Contracts is essential.
- Knowledge of estimating and compiling claims and variation orders is essential.
- Knowledge of World Bank Contract Conditions (Harmonized FIDIC) will be a bonus.
- Post Graduate Legal qualification will be a bonus.
