We are recruiting for a Senior Manager: Infrastructure/ Facilities Management.

Overall management of the strategic, tactical and operational aspects of facilities management

service delivery to the organization.
- Develop, maintain and coordinate effective delivery of infrastructure and asset management

services,
- Design and implement solutions that support the operational processes of managing assets,
- Engage directly with business leaders to design, prioritise and deliver an infrastructure which

provides all required asset data at any given time during or after its life cycle,
- Develop and implement asset and infrastructure risk treatment plans in accordance with

identified risks,
- Ensure optimisation of asset utilisation across the Company in consultation with the different research

divisions, and aligned to the company’s strategic and operational objectives,
- Manage all leases through effective contract management and liaison with various lines of

business,

Implement planned, preventative and emergency maintenance in line with the strategic requirements set out,
- Ensure that a 3-year, 5 year and 10 year preventative maintenance plan is in place for all facilities.

**Requirements**:

- B Tech Degree or Bachelor's Degree in facilities management, property, management, engineering,

business studies, finance or equivalent,
- Professional registration will be an added advantage SAFMA, IFMA, etc.,
- 8 to 10 Years' experience in Facilities management,
- 3 to 5 years senior management experience would be an added advantage.
