**Responsibilities**:
New contract sales and upselling on upgrades

Sim swaps and handling customer queries

Fibre sales

Meet and exceed sales targets

Identify customer needs and be able to respond to them

Strive to better customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Ensure that customers receive the best service experience

**Requirements**:
Be energetic and have good communication skills

Be tech savy

Have the understanding and knowledge of the cellular industry

Have a confident and charismatic approach to people

Be able to work in and as a team

Self-motivated

Target driven

Be well organised

Work well under pressure and have the ability to multi-task

Computer literate

Be customer obsessed

Pay: R4 000,00 - R6 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hout Bay, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
