**Purpose of the role**:
A branch administrator **oversees the operations of a branch of a company as an assistant to the manager**. In this career, your job duties may include monitoring the proper operation of the facility, handling the daily accounting duties, and performing various administrative functions.

- Maintain and ensure Customer database is up to date
- Provide general support to Senior Staff members.
- Keeping Success Tracker up to date
- Creating and maintaining Google Drive Folders
- Research new deals with suppliers. Ii.e stationery, staff refreshments etc
- Matric
- Relevant qualification will be beneficial
- 1-3 years office administration experience
- Basic financial skills eg. invoicing
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Computer literate on MS Office
