**JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES**:
**1. General**
**Job Title**:
HR Administrator
**Key Job Purpose**:
To work within the HR team, supporting with areas of responsibility for administration in recruitment, employee relations and change management as directed by HR Executive
**Reports To**:
HR EXECUTIVE
**Location**:
Macrocomm Offices - Waterfall Point Business Park Midrand
**Tasks and Duties**
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records, entering new hire data, and updating any previous employees’ data.
- Updating internal HR databases; for example, entering sick leaves, maternity leaves, and more.
- Review, revise, and update company policies.
- Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, compensation lists, and more.

- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Assist recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with activities, such as onboarding of new recruits.
- Answer any employee queries about people or HR-related issues, and help them resolve them internally, if possible.
- Create the Internship Database
- Track the Progress of Interns
- Intern Induction Programme
- Set-up Training facilities and help arrange the Training Programmes (this includes liaising with delegates, confirming attendance, dietary requirements, ensuring that sufficient manuals are available and other related to this)
- Ensuring that SETA site visits are set up on a quarterly basis, and that the relevant managers and Interns are aware of the arrangements.
- Time, attendance & leave management of Interns
- Policies and Procedures for Interns (ISO 9001 & 45001)
- Liaise with the Human Resource and Financial Team as required

- To participate in daily HR activities and assist in coordinating recruitment, processes, and relevant documents.
- Authorisation to provide appropriate reports for HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and training.
**2. Requirements.**
**Qualification and Experience**
**Qualifications**:

**Ideal**:
- Post graduate HR qualification
- SDF qualification
Experience: Minimum:
- 2-3 years plus as an HR administrator, HR administrative assistant, or in any related jobs
Ideal:
- 4 years plus proven work experience as an HR Administrator, _HR Administrative Assistant_ or relevant role
Training: Minimum:
- Labour law
- POPIA
Ideal:
- SDF
- Change management
Knowledge: State the job knowledge required
- Excellent knowledge of labour laws and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Personnel and Human Resources - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.

**4. Working hours**
- You might be part required to work outside of the normal working hours, which could include weekends.
Pay: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
