A payment solutions provider is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer specializing in recruitment to join their Human Resources team.

In this role, the HR Officer will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our company's growth objectives. Additionally, this role will involve assisting with monthly reporting and contributing to various HR projects to enhance the compay’s overall HR processes and initiatives.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Talent Acquisition:

- Sourcing and Networking:

- Monthly Reporting:

- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on recruitment data to enhance overall hiring processes and outcomes
- Project Support:

- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute ideas, insights, and best practices to support the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology, retail or financial services industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Reporting Skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
