**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates** for electrical projects.
**Create detailed cost estimates** for commercial and residential new construction projects.
**Utilize Bluebeam** for reviewing and marking up project documents.
**Collaborate with the in-house estimator** to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
**Assist with preparing panel board schedules** and other project-related documentation.
**Maintain organized records** of estimates and project details.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Experience in electrical estimating** for commercial and residential projects.
**Proficiency with Bluebeam** for take-offs and estimating.
**Strong attention to detail** and accuracy in calculations.
**Ability to work independently** while following guidance from the in-house estimator.
**Excellent communication and organizational skills.**
**Availability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM** **EST** to align with company hours.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Experience working with virtual teams.**
**Familiarity with additional estimating software or project management tools.**
