**Job description**
Drs FA Gebremariam and Associates Inc is a vibrant radiology practice operating in the South Coast in KZN, situated on the premises of Shelly Beach Hospital.
At GEBS Radiology, we attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing division. To build this momentum, we’re searching for a qualified and experienced Office Assistant/Marketing Coordinator.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with third-party marketing advisors and channels to plan and execute marketing strategies.
- Effectively facilitate and coordinate approval of all marketing related functions.
- General Office administration and Public Relations.
- Coordinate the deployment of industry-related campaigns and messages.
- Provide administrative support by collating, reviewing, maintaining, updating information, records and documentations.
- Coordinate and arrange PR opportunities or events with professionals/reps.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned - will be based on the radiology environment.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Senior Certificate.
- Relevant qualification in marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Skills**:
- Work experience as a marketing coordinator.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and content marketing.
- Work experience as an office administrator/manager.
- Experience in coordinating events and arranging functions.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and netiquette.
- Excellent writing, communicating and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and great analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently without too much supervision.
