**Synopsis**
Our client is currently recruiting for a **Project Manager Intelligent Transformation. **This role will expose you to a diverse working environment with endless opportunities to grow as an individual and to work for an organization that promotes equality. **This is a contract role (12-months contract)**

To transform the user experience of the business operations’ services through the prioritization and execution of impactful and data driven solutions (Intelligent Process Model) to drive future relevance of business and optimization of services in alignment with strategy. To steer and direct assigned portfolio and team to deliver against strategic objectives and thresholds to meet stakeholder expectations and contribute to delivery of the businesses operations future relevance aligned to strategy. Translate knowledge of relevant future ready developments impacting assigned portfolio into tactics (building blocks) to prepare for anticipated changes to transform the portfolio.
**Qualification and Experience**
- Grade 12 is essential.
- Relevant industry qualifications / certifications
- 7 years of relevant working experience
- Clear understanding of data insights across the value chain and provide thought leaderships on how this is used to deliver end to end solutions across functions with the client in mind.
- Experience in awareness of rapid developments within areas of expertise and use this knowledge to prepare the environment and stakeholders to anticipate and respond to changes in markets and industry to drive tangible business value.
- Clear understanding of market trends and developments in rapidly changing environments and tactics to drive change.
- The ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement fit for purpose solutions aligned to the overall organizational strategy.
- Provide evidence of continuous learning within area of expertise and exposure to testing and analyzing opportunities for improvement. Access to trusted advisors to verify and ratify learnings and opportunities for improvement.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Following the prescribed principles, templates and guidelines developed to support the Project and Change Management capability across CIB Operations.
- Leading the allocated portfolio across all change initiatives in CIB Operations to drive impactful execution aligned with our Intelligent Process Model.
- Influence and coordination across CIB Operations, Technology, Business, and geographies as needed in order to drive the successful implementation of the project.
- Create effective an ongoing communication channels across the allocated project to create synergy and alignment for all related internal and external stakeholders.
- A complete understanding of the organizational process assets and enterprise environmental factors
- Effective scope management
- Effectively manage project budgets aligned with the allocated budgets and reserves.
- Create efficient project schedules ensuring projects are aligned with the allocated timelines.
- Ensure delivery of value across all elements of the project and ensure quality standards.
- Identify, manage, and execute on all project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Stakeholder management across various all levels.
- Ability to navigate complex internal and external dependencies to drive the impactful delivery of the portfolio, fully aligned with CIB Ops future state.
- Ensure projects are effectively closed out and handed over
- Establish a network of internal and external thought leaders and advisors to assess and inform decision making of solutions with the future in mind.
- Provide thought leadership and expert advice on strategy development and execution to enable future relevant and fit for purpose tactics to drive transformation of Operations to achieve strategic objectives.
- Identify and inform the identification and adoption of tools, mechanisms and frameworks to suit current and future prioritisation, execution and measurement of value creation requirements across portfolios. Provide insight into industry trends and new developments in tools, mechanisms and frameworks to prepare for future requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor providing objective data and insights into the identification and evaluation of solutions to ensure benefits realisation thresholds can be achieved and value is delivered across projects, programmes and value chain.
- Provide thought leadership and expert advice to business stakeholders in the development, ratification and prioritisation of business cases to ensure alignment to anticipated future requirements.
- Provide input into effective planning of projects and programmes within assigned portfolio to ensure resource allocation will optimise delivery of prioritised initiatives and expected value realisation thresholds are achieved within the agreed timelines.
