Recruitco's Durban branch is looking for a Branch Manager.Minimum Requirements:MatricDiploma or equivalent qualification, supported by relevant experience and industry knowledgeMinimum 10 years’ experience and proven successful track record in recruitment sales, and / or service industryAt least 6 years of senior management experience with full accountability for business profitability, budget ownership and delivering bottom-line resultsPrevious IR (Industrial Relations) experience and good knowledge of IR ProceduresProven experience in presenting solutions to clients from presentation to delivery on projects (full cycle)Proven track record in providing high volume sales solutions successfullyProven success in growing and managing major accountsProven track record of new business and successful branch / operations managementGood knowledge of the Labour Relations Act (LRA) and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)Financial acumen (essential)Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Computer literate (MS Office)A valid drivers’ license with own reliable vehicle (essential)Duties and responsibilities:Responsible for facilitation of strategic sales and operational planning and execution thereofAct as custodian of all branch candidates, clients, permanent, and temporary employeesEnsuring effective site operations above average customer serviceConduct presentations at board level to secure contracts / Service Level Agreements (SLA)Responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of strategic planning and evaluation with emphasis on gross profit and performanceResponsible for the operational efficiencies and service delivery for the branchLateral development of existing client base / servicesResponsible for the end-to-end delivery and fulfilment process, which includes ensuring that such processes are well defined and streamlined and that processes are bench-marked and standardizedEnsure effective site operations at clientsResponsible for the operational efficiencies and service delivery for the branchNetworking and collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersClient Relationship Management (internally and externally)Responsible and accountable for the achievement of the branch budgets in line with net profitsDevelop and lead a high-performance team of staff by establishing key performance deliverables for each individual in line with supporting the objectives set out in the strategic plans and goalsBusiness Development and Marketing of RecruitCo services to industries within the regionQuality assurance and complianceResponsible for effective management of administration, finance and reportingConduct research on every client given to recruit prior to sourcing skillsNetwork to ensure a strong database of skillsBuild up a database in line with positions given to recruitPlace adverts for jobs allocated to ensure attraction of skillContact possible candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within the desired time framesConduct detailed, competency-based interviews (target and selection) ensuring all detail and volumes are reflectedFinal check CVs returned from typing to ensure accuracy in presentation of candidates to clientsEnsure that all verifications are conducted on all candidates (references, Kroll, Credit and criminal checks etc.) referred to clientsEstablish a filing system on desk to ensure compliance with desk processAlways ensure adherence to the Cluster Quality processResponsible for generating sales leads as instructed by Head of Cluster (all industries) and sharing this with sales teamsEnsure compliance with Company policies and proceduresResponsible for coordinating interviews on client requestEnsure that candidates attending interviews with clients have been met by either consultant or account executiveEnsure that candidates attending interviews with clients are prepared for the interview (share of job specification, Company information, culture of environment and interview style) to be done at least 48hours prior to attendanceCharacter Traits:Ambitious and self-motivatedAnalytical and solutions drivenConfident and assertiveCommitted and loyal to the Company, Colleagues and ClientsWorking hours:08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday)Overtime as and when required
