**Job Purpose**:
**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- Be creative and use all possible avenues to connect with the applicant and student

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 1 year work experience in a target-driven environment, or 2 years in a sales role
- Computer literate with the ability to capture notes while talking to customers
- Well-spoken and articulate in English. The ability to speak another South African language will be advantageous.
- Matric essential
- Tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
- Must be a South African Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Reliable access to Wi-Fi at home for shifts (mandatory)
- Availability for shifts (some Saturdays and some evenings up to 9pm)

- Deadline driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to rebuttal, using your loan product knowledge and sales talents
- Well-spoken and articulate (in English)
- Good writing skills (in English)
- Outstanding active-listening skills
- Solutions and results driven
- Strong understanding of customer service

**REMUNERATION**:
R7,500 - R9,000 basic per month depending on the level of previous work experience
