The Copywriter helps bring our brand narratives and creative concepts to life and will play an integral role in the execution of marketing communications to support a range of initiatives for our growing, mission-driven company. They’re responsible for helping to create engaging and timely social, editorial, and marketing content that builds our brands, increases awareness and consumer engagement, and celebrates the many facets of our dynamic brands, from supply chain to product selection to seasonal menus to social impact.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creates and delivers a range of cross-platform copy including in-store, marketing, branded, in-app, organic and paid social media content
- Executes copy that cuts through the noise, elevates the customer experience, and tells strong brand stories connected to our products, suppliers and values
- Proactively conceptualises and creates original social content, from captivating captions and IG stories that integrate copy with native tools, to video treatments and new content franchise ideas
- Finds new ways to surprise, delight and engage our audience across all platforms
- Inhabits the voice, tone and character of each brand and channel to contribute towards interacting with the community and the larger cultural conversation

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**

**Qualification & Experience**
- Degree or diploma in Copywriting or similar discipline
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in digital copywriting or social media, ideally in the food, wellness or direct-to-consumer industries
- Brand-centred portfolio showcasing knowledge of social copy, campaign work, and digital brand storytelling with proven evidence of digital assets

- Passion for language, well-timed puns, and emojis and infographics alike
- Can write for a variety of brands and channels with dynamic, flexible voice
- Team player who thrives on communication and collaboration
- Can drive ideation and execution based on customer insights and business objectives
- A self-starter with a constant desire to improve and remain innovative and creative in an ever-evolving marketplace
