Senior UX Researcher

To identify the most appropriate research tools and methodologies to employ for UX research. To engage in UX research that meets the requirements of the wider experience design expectations. To provide support and guidance to team members to facilitate their skill development.

**Scope of Work**:
**Research**
- Conduct research for client solution teams (on demand)
- Reimagination co-ordination, workshop facilitation, post-workshop processing
- Quantitative and qualitative research
- Research insights reporting
- Identify the most appropriate research tools and methodologies to employ for UX research
- Provide support and guidance to team members to facilitate their skill development
- Collaborate with other Business Units to share learnings and best practices and contribute to knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices
- Keep abreast of industry developments and enhance experience design skills to meet the evolving needs of customers
- Engage in the review of behavioural analytics to enhance the process of diagnosing complex and ambiguous problems and improving user experience

**Reimagination (Design Thinking)**
- As-is journey mapping
- Discovery and definition of customer pain-points
- Defining Personas
- Developing baseline scorecard and aspirations
- Identify automation opportunities
- Workshop facilitation (Empathising with customers, Defining objectives, Ideation of future state)
- Features and objectives identification
- Prioritisation of features (DVF)
- Grouping of features into MVPs
- Prioritisation and selection of MVP (DVF)
- Roadmap development and estimated for
- Business case definition

**Must have/ non-negotiables**:

- Be proficient in Sketch, Figma, Invision, and Zeplin
- Collaborate with and work closely with the product team, including project managers, SMEs, UX designers, UI designers, UX Researchers, UX Writers and developers
- Contribute to the creation of the product’s visual language and style guides
