A fantastic opportunity for a Cashbook Clerk Manufacturing concern, based in the East of Johannesburg, is looking for a Cashbook Clerk to join their dynamic finance team. A permanent opportunity offering career growth

**Qualifications**:

- Matric essential
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Cashbook role
- High level of competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook Calendar) is essential
- Syspro experience highly advantageous

**Duties**:

- Providing secretarial and administration support to management
- Maintain Company Accreditation
- Prepare Tender and Audit information.
- Maintain training Database records.
- Manage apprentice registration and training program.
- Manage BBBEE programs and audits.
- Post internal training interventions administration.
- Research and conduct training needs analysis.
- Attending to incoming mail and filing all correspondence appropriately.
- Scheduling appointments / meetings as required.
- Taking / typing of minutes and distribution thereof.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and functions.
- Conduct Month end Reporting.
- Presentation preparation on PowerPoint.
- General Office duties.
