Our client in the **Wine Industry** is looking for a **Training Administrator** to support their training function.

**Job Overview**:

- The applicant will be responsible for communicating with trainers, learners, employers, FOODBEV SET & QCTO.
- In this role, the applicant should combine a strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, should also be a reliable problem-solver with strong project administration skills.
- Your goal will be to ensure that our client’s training programs are engaging and runs smoothly.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a resource with regards to all aspects of skills development within the company.
- Responsible for arranging all the on-site-training as required by the company.
- Conduct or arrange Assessment meetings / liaison with learners.
- Responsible for contacting facilitators and arrange all classroom facilitation.
- Co-ordinate all the training activities according to laid down procedures.
- Administer all training manuals and courses.
- Maintain all learner training files and registers. Keeping of training records for each learner and continuously maintain and update such records (in co-operation with Training Assistant).
- Assessor/ preparing portfolios for Internal and External Moderation. Responsible for liaison and meeting with External Moderator during moderations.
- Act as central point of contact for trainers, learners, and clients
- Responsible to send a monthly training report to Management.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Grade 12 (required)
- Qualification in HRM, L&D or alike (beneficial)
- Accredited Assessor (beneficial) Moderator (desired)
- 4-5 years relevant work experience in Training/Learning & Development.
- Proven track record of delivering a full learning development cycle within an organisation/or Training Provider
- Knowledge of MS Office skills (required) and LMS (desired).

**Location**: Between Stellenbosch and Paarl

**Salary Range**: R12 000 - R20 000 depending on experience/qualification
