**THE JOB**:

- Set, implement and lead Talent Management & Organisational Effectiveness strategy in alignment with business direction, goals and priorities
- Design and lead an Integrated Talent Management strategy
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of identified Employee Experience & Culture Enablement processes and related systems/ initiatives
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships and business partnerships with relevant stakeholders
- Develop, monitor and manage talent data analytics framework
- Lead and manage the Talent Management & OE team

**REQUIRED**:

- Masters degree in Industrial/ Organisational Psychology
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years experience as a registered Industrial / Organisational Psychologist
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Talent Management and Organisational Effectiveness environment
- At least 5 years experience in managing and driving a high performance team of experts
- Experience in talent management & OE data interpretation, insights and reporting
