**About Us**:
At our BPO, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch services to our clients across different industries in the USA. Currently, we are seeking a talented Retail Training Specialist to join our team.

As a Retail Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in training and developing our team members to excel in the retail sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of retail campaigns in the USA.
- Providing hands-on coaching and mentorship to new hires and existing team members to enhance their product knowledge and customer service excellence.
- Collaborating with management to assess training needs, develop training materials, and continuously improve training strategies.
- Monitoring trainee performance and providing regular feedback to drive performance improvement.
- Maintaining up-to-date training records and reports to track progress and measure training effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in training within the retail sector, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as required.

**Salary**: R30 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
